Specs: , 2 or 4 ?
A camera memory card was placed in the Acre laptop slot. It is now stuck in the PC. We are trying to take the back off the PC to get into the slut to pry the memory card out. The memory card did not fit and have never been placed in the slot before. Any suggestions? There seems to be no way to get to it from the inside of the computer. We tried tweezers but cannot get hold of the card.

Is any part of the card sticking out? The normal release method is to push gently in on the card and release. That should make the card stick out far enough to grasp it.

Did you insert the wrong type of card for the slot or what?

Micro SD cards are nomally inserted into an adapter first, then into the slot.

If you inserted a micro card into the slot perhaps your can hook it with a bent paper clip. Straighten out a large paper clip and form a 90 degree bend on the end. Only need a 1/4" or so.

Be sure to turn off the laptop and remove the AC adapter AND the main battery before attempting that.
