Im thinking about buying a Medion computer system.Does anybody have any input about this computer ? Any body ever own one ? The system I am looking at includes a 200gb sata hd , 3 GHz intel p4 , 512 mb ddr ,windows xp media center plus more. I geuss what I really want to know is... is medion a lemon ? or a decent brand? thnx scott

Medion was originally (& may still be in essence) a marketing brand - bought in & re-badged products which they then sold in supermarkets & such-like. The stuff is usually high-spec for the money & to be honest I can't really fault them - I certainly don't see too many with hardware faults & when I have come across them they have a good telephone support line for information & the guarantees seem as good as most majors.
