I posted this in the XP forum and maybe it was the wrong place to ask for some old Compaq manuals I need one for mine Compaq LTE 5300 and one for my neighbour Compaq LTE 5280 and he needs one on the docking station we have tried and tried to get these and no luck there must be someplace or someone other than the Compaq Web site where we can get these .....could someone out there help us old gents out.....Thanks Jack

Both machines use the same manuals. You probably won't find them available anywhere but Compaq - at least not legally - since you're talking about copyrighted material. However, Compaq's support site has what you need.
