Making Bootable for image of Vista

I m having one image file that have vista 64 bit and run it usually by power iso and magic iso software . But it doesn't install vista aftering running Setup from Image file and say's run it by booting media device. Could any one help me out to make this Vista64Bit Image file as system bootable so that when i insert DVD it should boot from DVD. and plz step by step and details option by option becauz i wasted my lot's of DVD to making bootable but none of been made bootable dvd and install vista from the DVD. So plz help me in that ting.
