Specs: Windows Vista
There are MANY MANY posts which describe the lack of means to plug a power cord into this monitor....Many self proclaimed "Fairly Tech Savy" people have been stumped. Here is THE answer. It is a 12v monitor and uses a external power supply like a laptop. Many have got that far but can NOT find where it plugs in, to the point of taking the stand apart and even going as far as "rewiring" the monitor.....If you have the power supply, grab and take hold of the hard wired monitor cable that connect to the pc. Take the plug that attaches to the VGA port in your hand and look at the opposite side that plugs into the port. You will see a tiny little 2v female connection built into the molded plug....Yes it took me a few tries to figure it out. Hope this was helpful.
