mac vs toshiba laptops

I used a PC exclusively for about 15 years. When my very old and slow Toshiba gave up the ghost, my husband, who worked in IT for 13 years, suggested I buy a Mac. It has changed my life. We are both finishing up law school and I can say that the peace of mind my laptop has given me has been invaluable. When you have $20K a semester riding on the information in your laptop, it's nice to know you own a machine that is solid. I had no problem transitioning from PC to Mac. If you do buy a Mac, buy the 3-year protection program. They have wonderful customer service. I am not technologically savvy, but I hoped this might have helped you a little bit!
