"Due to OS limitation, when installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, Windows® 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Install a 64-bit Windows® OS when you want to install 4GB or more memory on the motherboard."
2) there is no "maximum graphic card capacity". You can install a card with as much memory as you want. However, be aware that the amount of graphics memory doesn't necessarily mean the card will perform better. You need to look at ALL the specs - memory type (DDR2, GDDR3, GDDR5, etc), memory bandwidth (64-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit, etc), plus the GPU specs (make/model, core speed, # of cores, etc).
