Hello I do not know why my computer is slowing down. When I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, I can see that the CPU is running at 100%. What could be the source of the problem, and what are the solutions to it?

Whatever it is you can bet it isn't a hardware issue. Do some reading in the XP forum and check your system for spyware. When in taskmanager look and see what process is it that is running and using up your resources?
