okay i've been having this problem for a while and need some help with it. I am running out of disk space all the time!
I have ran disk clean up all the time, and my memory is still below 200mb!
I do watch quite a bit of movies and im wondering if that has anything to do with it.

Memory & hard drive space are two totally different things. I assume you're talking about hard drive space? How often do you clean your system? If you still have the internet options set to 20 days, you've probably got quite a bit of garbage backed up. Try running Glary Utilities & CCleaner Slim...use them regularly:

If you are downloading movies you need to delete them off the hard drive after you are done with them. Those are large files.

These aren't doing it for me.
They are like videos from youtube and stuff not full movies and what not. I even deleted all my music off my computer and with like 9 hours all my space that I had cleared was full again!
When i went to do a disk defrag it showed so much red space which Im not sure has anything to do with it but there was no white space either.
Its almost as if something is just filling in my memory.

It's NOT memory! It's hard drive storage space! Your system is most likely infected. What program are you using to download your videos & music files...a crappy P2P like LimeWire or Kazaa?

It is NOT memory. It is storage space. When you are in Disk Management what type of file system is listed there for your hard drive? FAT32 or NTFS?
