lost bios password

I have lost my bios password and dont know how to reset it. I have an MSI K7 turbo Mobo.I bought it in 2001. I dont remember the exact model number

Have you tried to remove the CMOS battery and re-insert it?

or you could use the jumpers on the mobo that reset the bios.
