How can I get access to data on a dvd-r that is illegible/unrecognized because the TOC created at the end is faulty? There was a very brief black-out or something when the recording session or TOC was being written. After that, I was not able to access any files on the dvd. It is not recognized through Windows Explorer nor by any recording software.
