Loong beep and no boot up

Please help guys. There is one long beep when I try to boot up the system and nothing happens. The long beep goes on and the PC does not boot.

You didn't provide us with much info about your computer. I would download and run a program like memtest to test your RAM. Are there any short beeps after the long beep ? Here is a list of beep codes: http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
