I wasn't sure whether to post this here or on the xp site. I've hooked up the webcam and the picture i'm getting is very grainy and you appear very fluid, rubbery. How do i fix this. and get a clear solid picture

What size are you viewing your picture?
Best size is probably less than 1/4 screen.
Most web cams just don't have the resolution.
