Logitech mouse doesn't show up on device manager

Specs: Windows 7
Logitech mouse stopped working after plugging cell phone into usb port. I have re-installed the ports and still nothing. When I open device manager all that is there is the pad on the laptop itself.

First you need to try a different mouse on your laptop, or try your Logitech mouse on a different computer, to establish that your Logitech mouse isn't faulty. No point looking elsewhere for the problem till you've done that.

Yes. The mouse works on a different computer. I also got a message on that computer that "New Hardware" was found, which I don't get on my computer.

I had tried to connect my cell phone to the computer shortly before it stopped working. My computer wouldn't read my flash drive either.
