My PC Locks up frequently when playing games, I have tried disabling services and it is clean of any virus or spyware. Could my video memory be dodgy? I have the latest ATI Drivers, is there anyway of testing the video memory?

Could be your video memory but it could also be your main memory. Try tunning a memory tester like Memtest86.
