I am a novice at this computer stuff so I hope I am putting this in the right forum. Let me know if it is not. I recently bought a Dell from someone and I am trying to upload a new printer that I bought into it. When I put the disk in to load the program I get an error everytime. The error reads: Error 1327.Invalid Drive:H:\. I have tried 2 different HP <a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=Printers">printers and it gives me the same error message both times. Could you please let me know what the problem is? Is there a problem with my computer or could I try a different brand of printer and it would work. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maybe it would be best to contact the printer manufacturer's tech support.

I have contacted them and I haven't really been given a concrete answer. Maybe I will just bring it in and have someone look at it. I was just wondering if someone here knew what exactly that error message meant?
