is liquid cooling system really quiet?
cause i want real quiet system that cools stuffs fine.
and if you use the liquid cooling system, do you still need any exhausting fan and/or intake fan? i hate all the dust that gets into my PC.

It's quieter than regular cooling. It's still a good idea to have atleast one exaust and one intake fan because there are other components that still get warm, such as your north and south bridge, ram, capacitors, video card, hard drives, things like that. If you really wanna get in to it, you can water cool your CPU, vid card and north bridge, but you still gotta have some air going in and for the rest.
