LG Electronics
12x GSA-4120B Super-Multi Triple Format DVD Writer.

Anybody own or have an opinion on this burner. To me, it seems good, but I want to make sure to get the best (for the minute, at least).

Thanks Everyone!!!

I've been looking at that same DVD burner. It has very good reviews, at every site that has a write up on it ! I do have an LG CD-RW ,the reason I purchased the LG CD-RW CED-8120B, was because it was on sale for only $65 ,and I did not think I would be doing alot of burning. That drive also had very good reviews. Well it turns out Iam using this CD-RW alot more then I thought I would , and I have yet to make one coster. The DVD burner by LG ,is a great buy ,covering all formats ,and again LG is selling this product for a very good price. If you decide to go ahead with this purchase, please let me know how installation and use ,have been for you ! Again from my exprience with a LG product and all the reviews I've read giving it 4-5 stars ,out of a possible 5, I would say it was a safe bet to purchase the drive ! LG has greatly improved its products from the days of their original name of Gold Star !
Good Luck Nick

Hi,
Ive had this burner in my pc for about a week and although i havnt yet tried a dual layer disk in it, it seems to be fine. Burnt a 4gig dvd in around 6 mins with no probs at all.
I swear by LG, they make very good reliable products,i say go for it!!
But dont take my word for it, check out this link to Ebuyer, have a look at the reviews.
