Hi,
I am using Zebronics SMPS for my computer. A receptor (mother) pin on the main connector on its feeder power cable (which supplies current to the Drives) came off, and was replaced by me with another connector that was from an old SMPS (but the colour of the wire connecting this new pin was black instead of yellow). Hence, while plugging-in the connector (male) of a Y-Cable into this connector (female) the connections were inverted due to oversight.
My LG DVD Writer now powers on, but is unable to either read or write any CD/ DVD, please.
Kindly advise as to which resistor might have fried on the DVD Writer's Printed Circuit Board.
