Hate to say it, but your next step is to contact Lexmark. UK, I think. They must have a customer service contact of some kind.

The phone lines are always tied up and I can't get through....I've tried on winxp pro to get it to set up, but the best it can do is label it as a z53 which almost seems to work but when it starts to print all it does is freeze and not move??

Any answers??
thanx
