When clearing my temp file, I noticed lcxi.log. When I did a search, each post returns entries relating to files being infected. I did not see where any of them said that lcxi meant my computer was infected, however each entry showed a process for removing malware. I did a scan using malwarebytes and found a few PUP files. Malwarebytes quaranteened each of this files. I was wonder if there is anything else I need to do at this point?

The files are located on my desktop computer.

The whole search thing got strart because my computer had started slowing down and taking long periods of time to react. I am new to the forum and hope that I am posting or inquiring in the right location. I hope somebody can help me to understand what is going on with my machine. Thanks in advance...GP
