Is there anyway of finding out what LCD Screens can be used to replace the current one in my Sony Vaio? Currently it has LTM10C320 (with a crack it in) and from what I have found this one it either hard to find or expensive to buy

Computer monitors are all (or nearly all) interchangable. Any modern monitor should work on your computer. Personally, I'd skip the LCD. You can buy a larger CRT screen with better picture for less money. LCDs are suited for folks who's primary concern is saving desk space.
Happy shopping, Bob

Bob,
It's for a laptop, do you know if I still can just get the same size LCD screen if the connection is the same.

Didn't realize it was a laptop... brain fart.
It likely has to be a Vaio screen made by Sony. Laptop companies make a fortune selling replacement parts - plan on several hundred dollars, at least. You might find a replacement screen on eBay that someome has salvaged out of an identical laptop.
Your laptop should have an alternative video port on the back. You can plug in any PC monitor in.
