Comment:

I have been using a CRT monitor since my first computer (back in the DOS days). I finally got a LCD (22 inch widescreen Samsung SyncMaster 2253BW). When I have very dark images on it I notice that there is a backlight leakage about half a inch from the top and bottom side. I played around with the settings and I still get the same thing. My CRT never had this problem. Is this common with LCD Displays?

Thank You,

Jesse

You may be using the native resolution which is 1680 x 1050. You may need to install the latest version of graphics drivers for your graphics card/chip.
