latest BIOS upgrades? for k7s5a pro

what is the purpose of downloading the latest BIOS upgrades? is it needed to update if you arent having problems with your motherboard? do i have to reformat my compter after iinstalling latest bios updates? last question- can someone give me a link to download the latest bios updates for the ECS K7S5A PRO motherboard?? thanks in advance!

It's not a good idea to try amd flash (update) your Bios unless you are having problems that you are sure that an upgrade will fix.
