Hi, i'm trying to change my Vaio PCG-FX240 CPU cooling fan and heat sink. I've been using this laptop for two years. Should i change it? And if yes, how do I open my laptop? Is this a simple process? Thank you~

Laptops are very proprietory (use customized parts.) Also, very few laptops disasemble the same way as others. Unless you know you are having a CPU overheating problem you should not even consider replacing the CPU heatsink/fan. Just because a laptop case is hot in some place does not necessarily mean the CPU is overheating. If it isn't broke don't fix it. If you need to replace the heatsink/fan you should only replace it with an identical one from the same manufacturer. Conventional CPU heatsink/fans for desktop systems will not fit/work.
