Even after installing a brand new monitor, my computer refuses to even load BIOS. I don't know what's going on. Matter of fact there are times when it won't even come on at all.

You appear to have a bad/weak CMOS battery which is the least expensive fix.

What does happen when you turn on the Laptop? What do you mean "Even after installing a brand new monitor"? You have a laptop, do you mean connecting an external display?

Well I took my laptop to the shop, where the technician installed a brand new monitor, and he'd said it worked fine. But now when I get it home, it won't come on at all. It won't even load BIOS completely. The "Dell" logo on it freezes up and BIOS stops halfway through, and there's no response from the computer.

I've had the "Machine Check Exception" message screen come up a couple times during loading as well. And sometimes, during the loading of BIOS, it'll stop completely and then cut itself off. I'm confused.
