Laptop won't power up

Laptop was fine when used a few days ago. Tried to power on and all of the lights blink green when on battery. When plugged into wall, the lights all turn off immediately after turning on.

I don't think that's strange at all. Your power supply is toast. In a desktop this is not a big deal, however in a laptop it is. I would start shopping for a new laptop.
