Laptop wont charge,not battery

Ok, its not the battery, plugged in new battery,same non charging issue.Could it be the AC charger?or is it bad connectors?

The fault most likely lies within the motherboard. A chipset controls the charging, and it would appear it is faulty.

Had the same problem with a Toshiba Satellite, and they had to replace the motherboard. Fortunately it was within a year and under warrantee they replaced it at their cost.

Sony had a firware issue on their laptops about 2 and a half years ago. Caused non charge of battery.

Check your laptop manufacturer updates.

it seems Sandor is right...same problem w/ me...might be system board issue
