Recently I moved and when using my Toshiba A215 for the first time afterwards I grabbed the wrong power cord. I noticed that as I used the machine the battery continued to lose power so I shut it off. then I discovered that I had plugged in the wrong cord. Now when I plug it in with the correct cord the AC Adapter light blinks blue but nothing happens.

Sounds pretty obvious. You used the wrong "power cord" (I assume you mean power supply?) & fried something. Can you explain the difference between the two "cords"?
