I recently bought a Lenovo Y580 laptop and it's fantastic, but I find that when working I will accidentally brush the touch pad and it will count as a tap and send my mouse cursor somewhere that disrupts my typing. I searched the touch pad settings but I couldn't find anything that would let me stop that without disabling the ability to tap completely. Anyone know where I can find somewhere to set the tap sensitivity or have any ideas for a solution? Thanks!
I would personally contact Lenovo tech support as you are under warranty...they will walk you through on adjusting the tap on the touch pad....other than that you can google your query and possibly also find a solution.
