Hay there, I had this has happened to me twice already. I have this problem where the laptop seems to restarts itself as an unexpected shut down for no reason, I go into the BIOS while it takes longer than usual to do, then I find out that the BIOS can no longer finds the main hard drive installed in side this laptop.

Now when I turn off laptop, and then turn it back it, BIOS now finally finds the hard drives and boots into Windows.

Does anybody what type of problem I may be facing with a laptop that I have purchased back in late May? I like to find a solution for it.

May be overheating.

Overheating is the most likely cause, but it could also be a poor drive connection. If you determine that it's not overheating, try re-seating the drive.

Thanks, I'll look into the overheating solution. Yeah my room is hot in the summer but certainly I haven't ran into this problem until this week.
