Heya,
I recently recieved a Compaq Armada 1510 DM laptop, but when I power it on I am asked for the Power On Password. Is there something I can do (Like pull a wire or jumper and put it back in) to get it to not ask that so I can go into my os? There is nothing of true value on the laptop so I don't care if everthing has to be erased to get into it. Thank you.

You should be able to open the system up and find a jumper that will clear the BIOS along with any hardwired passwords. If you don't find a jumper, pull out the laptop's battery along with the little system battery on the motherboard (it looks like a wide watch battery)
