|Whenever a computer is started or restarted, it must goes thru the boot order searching for a bootable device. For this example, let's say the boot order is set to: CD/DVD drive, hard drive, network. If there's no bootable disc in the CD/DVD, the system tries to boot from the hard drive. If the hard drive is unbootable, the system attempts to boot from the network. If no network is detected, the error message is usually something like "PXE-E61 : Media test failure, check cable".|
So as stated above by ijack, your hard drive has most likely failed.
