Can anyone tell me why on my acer laptop the
letter (o)key does not work,and when i hook up a usb keyboard to my laptop that i know is good the letter (o)still does not register on my laptop documents. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jack, I can't give you an answer that will solve your problem for sure. But I would try to clean the keyboard. Or contact the manufacture of your laptop first and ask them.
Contact the manufacture and tell them the problem. Do this by email on the manufactures site. If you can write a clear letter they will more than likely respond to you.
