Car adapters are available for probably every brand and model of laptop. Try a google search for your laptop model or check with the laptop manufacturer's website.

Of course I don't need to tell you how stupid and dangerous it would be to use a laptop while driving at the same time. But the adapters are great for passengers or for charging the laptop batteries between destinations.

Good Luck!

It would also be cost effective if your thinking of getting a gps.

Just need to listen and not look.

Probably a cheaper but less efficient way is to buy an inverter.

There are Inverters made for Laptops that plug into the Lighter socket, using your AC Battery charger.

I don't know that they are less efficient than a DC charger, but IMHO the inverter and AC Battery charger provide more protection from Voltage spikes, fluctuations than the DC adapters.

google for others.

not so

There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.

see what you really want is a heads up display. you need one of them small lcd screens mount it in the dash board then a auto cue thing thats clear. hook the laptop to the battery then to the head unit and you have a compleate in car entertainment center you can now have a equal visuliser with your mp3s in the back ground projected into the road ahead. or you could pop in gps software and have a snazzy heads up sat nav. or if you pop in a tv tuner you can watch the news or your fave dvd while you nip down the road. just dont crash or get caught by the fuzz watching porn whilst driving.
******by the way this is a joke dont do any ov it****
