Laptop help with ram?

CPU/Ram: 256/1.2ghz
Product: Compaq Evo 600c

I need a little help?My laptop is listed above,and I was wondering if anyone have a manual for this laptop?I went to compaq,and couldnt find it becasue I want to upgrade to more ram,and dont know what ram it exactly takes.I tried google searh and all i could muster up is that it takes 144pin sodimm pc-133.I know there is more specs then this for the ram,and thats why i came here to ask someone.

why not just take your ram out and see what it is and go from there?
