Well, untill about a week ago my computer was fine. I had installed Display Fusion in order to get different backgrounds for my dual-screen workstation. Something happened, and now The only way to use my internal monitor is if I have my external monitor plugged in, even if it is off. I have tried using the output switch keys, and switch over to internal, but that does nothing. The internal dispay is also set for primary as of right now. Any ideas?

This appears to be related to the Display Fusion software. I would recommend checking with their support and see if there is a resolve there first. It may be that is is intended more for rigid installations and removing your external monitor is 'upsetting' the software. If there is a fix, work around, or any changes needed to use with a portable computer, the software vendor or their connected forums is the first place to look.
If that does not resolve it, try uninstalling the program, and if needed, do a system restore to a date before you installed it initially.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
