|This appears to be related to the Display Fusion software. I would recommend checking with their support and see if there is a resolve there first. It may be that is is intended more for rigid installations and removing your external monitor is 'upsetting' the software. If there is a fix, work around, or any changes needed to use with a portable computer, the software vendor or their connected forums is the first place to look.|
If that does not resolve it, try uninstalling the program, and if needed, do a system restore to a date before you installed it initially.
