laptop freezes when plugged to AC

My laptop freezes when plugged to ac adaptor.. I have tested all the drivers and components and cant find the problem.. No messages or log file for the problem. Worked perfectly well on safemode.. Tested another ac adaptor and still freeze.. please any solution?
