When should the fan on my laptop come on..i can see it from underneithe, but never see or it running..? g.dee
mine only runs when plugged into an electrical outlet (never with a battery). Or was it vice versa? (I forgot). I don't think mine runs when the computer is hot, because I don't think I have any temperature sensors

The fan on my laptop only kicks in when needed. It can be on battery or AC power. Perhaps you could leave you laptop on for a while to let the heat build up and then see if the fan kicks in? Hope this helps. Owen
