my laptop compaq presario 1230 has crashed completely after I switched off because the screen freeze and never come back on. Has any one had this problem before?

Well, I have a couple of questions for you, just to clarify:
1. Are you saying that the laptop will now not turn on at all?
2. If so, were there any other strange things happening before it froze and crashed?
3. How long have you owned this laptop?
4. Did this happen while you were operating under battery power or from an AC wall outlet?

the laptop will not came on at all.
The only strange thing that use to happen, was crashing all the time.
I have this laptop for about 3years.
I was operating from ac power.
