Laptop builtin HP TrueVision HD webcam is not working.

Specs: Windows 8, 4 gb
My built in HP truevision hd webcam is not working.Laptop model "Pavilon g4-2219TU".Whenever i open camera, it shows "there is a problem with the camera".I tried driverpack solution 2014 but didn't work.My os is win8 ,X64. Hardware id- USB\VID_064E&PID_E263&REV_0105&MI_00
and- USB\VID_064E&PID_E263&MI_00.
This problem first occured after 2 months of purchasing.plz help

Never use driverpack to get drivers for a factory-built PC, go to the manufacturer's website. The drivers download page for your Pavilion g4-2219tu is here:

There are many driver websites around. Avoid them all like the plague - if they are not scams they can mess things up. Always use official sources unless you are absolutely desperate.

Worst case, back up your data and do a system restore. If it doesn't work then it should be under warranty.

If you do a restore routine - first copy all your personal files (the stuff you wouldn't wish to lose) to external storage. Typically dvd, but an external hard drive too if possible. Check the copies are ok as well before proceeding with any restore/rebuild routines.

If the system was to go back to wherever under warranty repairs/replacement etc., again safeguard your file as above - first.

Factory resets/restores will erase all your personal files in the process. Which is why the above safeguard routine.
