i had bought a new wireless keyboard and mouuse a month ago and yesterday i upgraded my pc to a newer mother board and graficz but th moment i plugged in both the cable (mouse and keyboard). the error came keyboard error or no keyboard found pls press f1 or del but the most amazing thing is i can use f1 an del button and even changed settings by using the same wireless keyboard thats amazing, but it stops working whn xp loads but my mouse works propry. i firmly joined the cable and both use the same reciever so even the recieving light blinks, and my whole set of keyboard and mouse is of STARTECH but it works in my friends comp proprly i unno wats the prob and ne othr kyboard works in mine apart from this wirelss one

Use a regular mouse and keyboard to get inXP, then install the drivers for the wireless system... Reboot with the wireless system in place and see if that works...
