The Kinsun KS-959 Infrared (IrDA) USB device can't be installed properly on the Windows Vista.
I've found some solution to install a driver to the Windows Vista. The problem is that the .inf file got by the Vista is wrong - for win98, not for xp.
1. Open your compact disk or drivers archive directory, and find KS-959.sys file somewhere
2. Copy the whole directory containing the file to separate directory
3. Remove all .inf files except ks959-2000xp.inf from the new directory.
4. Don't forget to remove bad-installed inf file from the Windows/inf directory. Just find a file oemNN.inf (NN-some number) containing "KS-959" string and remove it from the directory.
5. Plug-in a device, and choose option to set-up a driver from a directory on this computer.
6. Input a directory name which was prepared on steps 2, 3
7. Enjoy!
