Solved Kindle blinks/won't charge using Belkin AC wall charger

Specs: Windows 8
When I plug my Kindle into my BELKIN MODEL #f8J017, the Kindle just blinks and won't charge. I have isolated the cord using an auxiliary charger and the PC directly. I have tried two different electrical outlets, but it won't charge.

BELKIN MODEL #f8J017 is for charging mobile phones, it doesn't push out enough juice to charge a tablet device which typically has a larger battery than a phone.

You need a charger which has an output of 2 amps to charge your Kindle, I bet your Belkin charger is only 1 amp or less.
