Keys Mapped Twice

Hi 1st post newbie i recently changed to a wireless keyboard and mouse the mouse works fine but the keyboard misbehaves when i type a couple of letters for example g it displays g5 another is h6 and another is @_ i messed around with settings and got the keyboard working correctly but after a day or so it has gone back to g5 h6 @_ has anyone got any ideas?

Does it do it with an identical model keyboard. the keyboard is defective if it works.

Keyboard configuration,check it isnt too foreign manufacturer,check theres no jumpers on the bottom (Rare)
