CPU/Ram: Celeron-Tualiton Core 110

I reinstalled windows on my computer and everything works fine, well at varios points while your online the keyboard and mouse will freeze up and sometimes the screen will go all scrambled...This only happens while online, we can watch movies and play music on the computer and have it up and running for days at a time, and then when we goto get online at varios points the keyboard/mouse will freeze and you have to press the power button to shut down...I replaced the network card and pulled the dial up modem thats no longer needed, and have also reset the bios to defaults and it workd great for about an hour before the same stuff started to happen....im using the computer right now but sometimes will freeze and i also replaced the keyboard and mouse......please please help me
