Keyboard stops working at start up on Windows

when i boot up my pc, as soon as ut gets to the windows
logo, my kryboard stops working entirely. i can get into
BIOS and the bit to choose safe mode, but i cant even
log into that. i have a USB keyboard and cant use any
other type. please also excuse any typing errors, im usinh
my ipod touch.

Tap the numlock key 1 time at boot up.

Might work. Some older bios's had an option in the bios for it.

i cant get into safe mode at all because i cant

There's a program that will get you in but you need to dl it and burn it to an iso. Ill pm you.
