Hey people,
I have a slight keyboard problem when i powerdown my pc and switch off the power then back on again the leds on the keyboard (caps , num , scroll,) all light up and stay like that even if i press the caps to turn the light off it wont do it so i cant use the keyboard because its locked up , the only way for me is to pull out the PS2 connecter and put it back in then its alrite only the num light is on ,
could it be bios settings, i have a MSI DELTA 2 motherboard

I once had a system start doing something similar. only with that one the keyboard would be fine at startup and then at some point would lock-up with all lights lit. Did that for a week or so before a complete system meltdown. only salvaged the harddrive and ram. Everthing else was toast. If you are pulling and replacing the PS2 connector while the system is running then you're inviting trouble. USB is the only type of connection specifically designed for hotplugging.

Does this keyboard require a driver?
If so, it sounds like the wrong one is being used.
