In the first instance, if a laptop, try disconnected and reconnecting the k/b a couple of times. There is probably a video on Youtube showing how to do this.
You will be surprised how many faults this method has cured.
If no luck, you will have to try another k/b. Here in the UK, oem ones are inexpensive, compared to those from the manufacturer.
