Keyboard not typing double letters or backspacing

February 19, 2013 at 04:21:17
Specs: Windows 7

My keyboard was not typing double letters or backspacing and I found out if you press and hold down the shift key it will reset the keyboard or unlock it and will allow you to type normally. You just have to hold the shift key down until it beeps. My 6-year-old was using my computer.

Are you posting the 'hold down the shift key' as a solution for people having that problem or are you looking for further assitance?
